- Please bring your e‑card and referral.
- Any previous findings are also to be submitted.

- A possible pregnancy must be ruled out.
Procedure for an X-ray of the thorax
- An X‑ray only takes a few seconds.
- Images are recorded in a standing position from behind as well as laterally.
- You will be asked to breathe in deeply and then hold your breath in order to ensure sharp images.
